It is the team at the forefront of identifying, understanding and helping potential customers build, enhance or transform their customer engagement offering. Business Development Interns (BDIs) at Braze grow into curious and proactive commercial players. Past interns have gone on to secure full time Business Development Representative (BDR) roles, leveraged their Braze experience for dissertations, and have chosen further education options like MA/MBA. BDIs should expect to: Learn about the Customer Engagement market and the value of Braze Learn how to identify target accounts Experiment with email and phone campaigns Engage C-suite prospects Qualify early stage deals Participate in special projects Receive mentoring from cross-functional colleagues in Sales, Marketing & Partnerships Every BDI can contribute to the team Sale
