Must Have

1–3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or business development role, Proven experience generating meetings through cold outreach and prospecting efforts, Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.   Our client operates within the commercial safety training industry, providing coaching systems and safety training solutions designed to support organizations across public-sector and commercial markets. They work with industries including EMS, fire departments, fleet operations, insurance, and risk management organizations, helping improve safety, compliance, and operational performance through specialized training programs. LOCATION Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Development Representative (BDR) will support pipeline growth by generating new business opportunities across public-sector and commercial markets throughout the United States and Canada. This role focuses heavily on outbound prospecting, relationship-building, lead qualification, and high-volume outreach efforts designed to drive revenue impact and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working within a metrics-driven environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to convert warm and cold leads into qualified meetings for the sales team.
