Expand Brodie’s presence through partnerships, outbound business development, and strategic growth initiatives; Identify and launch new opportunities across Canada by securing facilities, building local partnerships, and establishing founding communities within each new market; Build repeatable expansion and sales processes that scale with the business across North America; Help build a predictable outbound sales motion; New partnerships and revenue opportunities are consistently being generated; Sales processes and outreach frameworks are documented and scalable; Helping influence future expansion opportunities across North America; Built familiarity with Brodie’s leagues, markets, and community (First 90 Days); Outbound outreach and pipeline generation are actively underway (First 90 Days); Developed meaningful conversations and opportunities with prospective partners (First 90 Days); CRM activity and reporting are clean, organized, and reliable (First 90 Days); Contributing ideas that improve how Brodie approaches growth and partnerships (First 90 Days); Helped build a predictable outbound sales motion (6-12 Months); New partnerships and revenue opportunities are consistently being generated (6-12 Months); Sales processes and outreach frameworks are documented and scalable (6-12 Months); Become a recognizable and trusted extension of the Brodie brand (6-12 Months); Helping influence future expansion opportunities across North America (6-12 Months)

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account growth, Outbound and relationship-building skills, Comfortable prospecting and generating your own pipeline, Experience managing conversations from first touch through close, Communication and presentation skills, Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously, Passion for sports, community, hospitality, events, or experiential brands, 5 days in office at our Toronto HQ
Nice to Have
Experience in startup or high-growth environments, Background in sports, events, hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, tech or entertainment industries, Experience building or improving sales processes, Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management systems (i. e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Ashby, Pipedrive, or similar platforms), Experience selling partnerships, sponsorships, memberships, or experiential products/services
What You'll Do.
Drive New Business Growth
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Identify gyms and facilities within Brodie’s key expansion demographics and secure new partnership deals
Build relationships with gym owners
community organizations
and strategic partners
Lock in facilities and help launch new league locations from the ground up
Recruit and secure a minimum of 24 founding captains per league to help establish early community engagement and league success
Partner closely with Operations
who will then take over and continue growing and managing league relationships post-launch
Develop outbound strategies across email
Help expand Brodie’s footprint across existing and new markets
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partner and customer experiences
Build Scalable Sales Processes
Help create repeatable outreach strategies
Track pipeline activity and performance metrics within CRM systems
Contribute ideas around positioning
and go-to-market strategy
Continuously test and improve messaging
and conversion strategies
Help establish foundational sales infrastructure as the company scales
Act as an ambassador for Brodie within the community
Build authentic relationships that align with Brodie’s culture and energy
Attend networking events
and community initiatives where required

ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a highly driven, relationship-focused sales professional who can help expand Brodie’s presence through partnerships, outbound business development, and strategic growth initiatives. Based out of our Toronto HQ, this individual will focus heavily on identifying and launching new opportunities across Canada by securing facilities, building local partnerships, and establishing strong founding communities within each new market.
