BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR) Please Note: This is an on-site position located in Atlanta, GA. About the Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Crisp, you are the force multiplier behind a Crisp Growth Advisor; the person ensuring they’re consistently in front of the right law firm owners, having the right conversations, at the right time. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer while receiving direct day-to-day mentorship, coaching, and guidance from your paired Growth Advisor. You own the engine behind the relationship-building process: outbound prospecting, CRM management, scheduling, pipeline organization, and converting inbound interest from our flagship podcast, conferences, events, referrals, and digital marketing into qualified discovery conversations. The Growth Advisor leads the sales process and closes deals; your job is making sure the pipeline stays full and momentum never slows down. This is a foundational role within Crisp’s Growth Team and a true career path, not a parking spot.
