We're entering a high-growth phase and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be a key driver of our growth engine. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Enterprise Account Executives, reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales, identifying engineering teams that are an ideal fit for AllSpice and getting meaningful exposure to the full sales cycle. What You'll Do Prospecting and Pipeline Generation - Leverage the latest AI tools to supercharge outbound prospecting and identify engineering teams that are a strong fit for AllSpice - Qualify new business opportunities from marketing leads, targeted company research, and networking within the engineering community - Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and progress in our CRM system - Close opportunistic deals within our growth segment (companies with 0 to 500 employees) Outreach and Engagement - Engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social media to introduce AllSpice's value proposition - Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth lead handoffs - Work closely with marketing and sales to develop
