You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads to expand our portfolio of software businesses in the Healthcare, MarTech, and Hospitality space. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding career trajectory within a Portfolio of Volaris Group. _**Job Description:**_ **Key Responsibilities:** * **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** Proactively identify potential acquisition targets. Initiate and maintain communication through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, trade shows, and in-person meetings. * **Lead Management:** Respond to inbound queries by articulating Volaris' value proposition and acquisition criteria. Develop personalized messages to engage decision-makers and coordinate strategic meetings. * **M &A Pipeline Coordination:** Support the M&A process from lead generation to nurturing to transaction initiation. Set up qualified appointments and facilitate the progression of deals through the pipeline. Obtain high-level financial and operational information about target companies for purposes of analysis and modeling. * **Market Research:** Conduct research to map out attractive markets and identify potential software companies for acquisition. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Demonstrate creativity and credibility in interactions with business owners, operators, and C-suite executives. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with excellent academic standing. * **Experience:** 1-2 years business development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within a B2B, software, or technology environment. * **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to high-level executives. * **Technical Skil
