This position offers a challenging yet rewarding career trajectory within a Portfolio of Volaris Group. _**Job Description:**_ **Key Responsibilities:** * **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** Proactively identify potential acquisition targets. Initiate and maintain communication through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, trade shows, and in-person meetings. * **Lead Management:** Respond to inbound queries by articulating Volaris' value proposition and acquisition criteria. Develop personalized messages to engage decision-makers and coordinate strategic meetings. * **M &A Pipeline Coordination:** Support the M&A process from lead generation to nurturing to transaction initiation. Set up qualified appointments and facilitate the progression of deals through the pipeline.
