Must Have

An ambitious BDR with experience in high-growth startup, scale-up, or hyper-growth environments. Experience in sales or business development within a SaaS company. Confident communicator with listening and writing skills, comfortable engaging technical senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CDO). A self-starter with a track record of overachievement and resilience in outbound-heavy roles. Deeply pipeline-driven - you live and breathe pipeline generation and understand its impact on revenue. Highly organised, disciplined in your processes, and meticulous about CRM usage and prioritisation. Excited by AI and motivated to build expertise in a fast-moving, technical space.

This is a true “hunter” role. You’ll have ownership over your territory and target accounts, with the autonomy to decide who to pursue and how. You’ll play a critical role in expanding V7’s footprint across key markets, while building deep knowledge of the AI landscape and how leading organisations adopt AI in practice.
