Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About The Role We’re looking for a motivated and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales team. This role is 100% focused on hunting, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, email outreach, and other outbound activities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers and will play a crucial role in building pipeline and fueling Unframe’s next stage of growth. What You’ll Do • Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team • Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers • Track activity in our CRM and iterate on messaging What We are looking for • 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS • Cold outreach prospecting experience • Fluent in English, German.
