What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, outbound sales, customer-facing, founder-led, entrepreneurial, or high-ownership role, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of analytical ability, commercial curiosity, communication, entrepreneurial execution, or self-directed learning, Builder mindset: you have at least one example of something you initiated, built, organized, automated, tested, or improved without being asked, Real interest in outbound, written and verbal communication, Commercial intuition, Self-directed learning, AI-native execution, High ownership and organization, Resilience, Ability to thrive under pressure
Nice to Have
Prior BDR/SDR experience is helpful, but not the only path, We are especially interested in specific examples, not generic familiarity.
