As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will support our sales team by generating meetings and creating pipeline by identifying and engaging key prospects. You’ll generate pipeline through a mix of inbound lead follow-up, outbound to assigned target accounts, and self-sourced prospecting, crafting a clear point of view for why Tiger Data is a great fit. This is a phone-forward, outbound-first culture where cold calling is a core part of how we win. This role offers a strong path for advancement and promotion, and we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career in tech sales. How we work (startup mindset) We operate like a high-ownership startup team. You’ll be trusted to build, test, and iterate quickly, not wait for the perfect process. Note: While TigerData is a remote-first company, we have are only considering candidates based in Barcelona, Spain for this role (will be hybrid, in-office approximately 1-2 days per week) What you will be responsible for in this role: - Convert inbound leads and qualify “in-market” opportunities - Prospect into assigned target accounts and self-source new opportunities - Cold call regularly and run multichannel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) - Activity expectations minimum of 80-100+ calls a day, sourcing 60-75 new contacts per week - Rese
