Must Have

3+ years’ experience with program/project management, 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, Program Management, Contracts/Estimating/Finance in the defense, aerospace, or government services sectors, Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives, Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders in planning and executing projects, Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of the time

Nice to Have

5+ years’ experience with program/project management, Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent military experience, Business Development/Capture experience in product support including pipeline development and leading capture, Experience communicating with senior Government representatives (US and international), Familiarity with Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP) and Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP), Experience working in an international portfolio, Fluency in second or multiple languages

Serve as Capture Team Lead (CTL) for select

high-priority campaigns

Drive internal and external sales process

Manage stakeholder alignment

Ensure successful capture execution

Lead development and execution of capture strategies

Collect and analyze relevant information

Direct cross-functional teams through full capture lifecycle

Establish and maintain relationships with defense customers

Prepare and present opportunity status

Analyze competitive landscape

Develop and manage capture budgets

Develop communication plans and strategies

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives; Working with multiple internal or external stakeholders; Close collaboration with Program Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Training, Field Operations, Finance, and various Functional Leadership; Direct cross-functional teams through the full capture lifecycle; Establish and maintain relationships with prime contractors, and other key stakeholders
