Must Have
1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business development (BDR / SDR / Inside Sales), demand generation or partner/channel management, Experience with cold calling and outbound engagement, Experience in the IT technology industry (distribution, partners or vendors), Exposure to partner ecosystems or indirect sales models, Advanced English (ability to interact with U. S. -based customers), Proficient in customer relationship management, negotiation, and office skills, Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar), communication and presentation skills, Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage KPIs and performance metrics, organizational skills and efficient time management

**About the role** At TD SYNNEX, we are looking for a results-driven **Business Development Representative (BDR)** to support the growth of **Microsoft Cloud (Azure)** in the U.S. market, through partner engagement and demand generation. This role combines **sales enablement, outbound prospecting, and partner relationship management** , with a strong focus on identifying opportunities and driving cloud adoption across assigned partners. If you are passionate about technology, enjoy building relationships, and are comfortable engaging clients through outbound sales, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career in a global IT leader. **What You’ll Do:** * Manage and develop relationships with an assigned **portfolio of partners/accounts**. * Execute **outbound prospecting activities (cold calling)** to generate engagement and business opportunities. * Deliver **value-based presentations** on Microsoft Cloud (Azure), highlighting business benefits and solutions. * Act as a **consultative advisor** , identifying customer needs and uncovering business gaps. * Develop and execute **partner enablement and growth plans** to increase their profitability. * Align with Microsoft and TD SYNNEX business priorities. * Understand Microsoft programs & promotions available for our Partners. * Identify gaps in focus partners business for new opportunities for expansion. * Maintain an accurate and up-to-date **CRM pipeline** (contacts, activities, opportunities). * Monitor performance through **KPIs and dashboards** , ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate deal progression and maximize impact. **What We’re Looking For** : * Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business development (BDR / SDR / Inside Sales), demand generation or partner/channel management. * Experience with **cold calling and outbound engagement.** * Experience in
