What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma required, 1+ Years of relevant work experience, Proficient in English (level B1 or higher) required, understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology, Ability to follow instructions, operate common office equipment, and perform accurate data entry, Proficient in basic mathematical calculations, complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, formal presentations and negotiation abilities, Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals, promote/sell ideas persuasively, organizational and time management skills, commitment to task completion, Adaptability to change, ability to perform well under pressure, Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards, commitment to confidentiality, Skilled multitasker, relationship-building skills, empathy, Comfortable with prolonged phone use, extended periods of immobility, standing, or walking, Quick learner, proficiency in new systems and technology, intermediate computer skills
Nice to Have
Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Mgmt. or related fields preferred, Willingness to travel is desired
