**Location:** Denver, CO **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days in-office per week) **Industry:** Vertical SaaS / B2B Software **Compensation:** Competitive base + uncapped variable compensation; equity participation included. ### About the Company Our partner is a rapidly growing **Series A vertical SaaS company** building a mission-critical operating platform for franchised brands across industries including restaurants, retail, fitness, personal services, and home services. The product functions as an operating system for multi-location brands — supporting executive visibility, operational execution, and frontline employee enablement. The company recently raised a significant Series A round and is forecasting strong year-over-year revenue growth. With high customer satisfaction, strong inbound demand, and limited direct competition in its category, the go-to-market engine is scaling quickly. Headcount is expected to approach 100 employees within the next two quarters, and the sales organization is expanding to support growing demand. ### The Opportunity Our partner is hiring **Business Development Representatives (BDRs)** to help fuel the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role responsible for generating qualified pipeline and partnering closely with Account Executives in a proven sales motion. This position offers meaningful exposure to sales leadership, structured coaching, and a clear pathway into closing roles.
