ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Swap, you will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and positioning Swap’s offerings as the ideal solution to their challenges. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation - Identify and research potential key decision-makers within your target accounts. - Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events. Prospecting - Qualify inbound leads and convert them into discovery meetings booked. - Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and goals. Pitching & Positioning - Effectively communicate the value proposition of Swap’s products and services to potential customers over phone, email and social selling. Relationship Building - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-up and value-added communication. - Partner closely with Account Executives to develop ongoing engagement strategy with assigned
