The role We’re looking for a Business Development Representative, who will be the first point of contact for leading companies across Israel exploring next-generation cloud and AI solutions. Working closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams, you will build and qualify pipeline to accelerate Nebius’s growth in Israeli markets. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: Territory & Account Penetration Collaborate with AEs to map and prioritize target accounts across Israel, then execute a mix of outbound calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings. Inbound Lead Qualification Screen and qualify inbound MQLs generated by Marketing, ensuring each prospect meets BANT criteria before handing off a detailed prospect brief to AEs. Customer & Market Engagement Conduct qualification calls to uncover customer pain points, technical requirements, and budget. Represent Nebius at key European tech events, book on-site meetings, and follow up to maximize ROI. Feedback & Continuous Improvement Gather market intelligence (common objections, competitive insights, feature requests) during prospect conversations and share it with Product and Market
