Business Development Representative (BDR) Hybrid | Sydney, NSW Are you a motivated, ambitious individual looking to launch or accelerate your career in technology sales? We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to develop into a future Account Manager or Sales Executive. Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and help generate new business growth across Australia. Candidates with an engineering background or degree are particularly encouraged to apply, as many of our customers operate in technical, manufacturing, engineering, and industrial environments. What You'll Be Doing Lead Generation & Qualification Engage with inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting campaigns. Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers through the sales pipeline. Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges. Position our solutions effectively and create interest in our products and services. Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities. Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems. Territory & Pipeline Management Manage and prioritise active and nurture-stage opportunities. Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and wider sales teams. Support marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and promotional campaigns.
