At Locus, you are working on technology that is actively reshaping supply chains and solving complex, real-world challenges at scale. As Business Development Representative, you will support the growth of one of Locus Robotics’ important European commercial territories by creating qualified sales opportunities with target accounts. Working closely with a high-performing European sales executive and the wider Sales and Marketing teams, you will research accounts, engage logistics and operations leaders, qualify interest, and create high-quality meetings that contribute directly to pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone early in their B2B sales career who wants to build the foundation for a future closing sales role in a complex, high-growth technology market. You will work from a defined target-account strategy, proven sales plays, and structured coaching while learning how complex enterprise sales opportunities are created and developed. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Germany, Poland, or the Netherlands, and will require travel up to 20% across the EMEA region for trade shows and field events. German and English fluency (C-level or native) are hard requirements, as German-speaking markets remain a core focus. Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
