In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, identifying high-potential B2B prospects and initiating the conversations that drive our expansion. This is an opportunity for a proactive communicator to master the art of modern sales within a dynamic, tech-forward environment while setting the stage for a long-term career in SaaS sales. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking. * Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target B2B accounts to build a robust sales pipeline. * Articulate a clear and compelling value proposition to pique interest and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives. * Maintain meticulous records of lead activity and interactions within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up. * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies based on market feedback. **Requirements** * Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role specifically within the B2B SaaS or Technology sectors. * Strong understanding of modern sales tech stacks and CRM management. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate complex organizat
