ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Development Representative at Greenboard, you’ll be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and creating the first conversations that turn financial institutions and regulated businesses into customers. You’ll research target accounts, craft compelling outbound, and turn evolving compliance pain points into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This is a high-ownership role in an early-stage environment, and a rare ground-floor opportunity: you’ll help establish and build Greenboard’s West Coast presence from our new Phoenix, Arizona office. You’ll help shape the outbound playbook in real time, set the tone and energy for a growing sales team, and operate with significant autonomy. Success in this role means creating momentum from ambiguity, opening doors with senior compliance and finance stakeholders, and consistently converting research and outreach into qualified pipeline.
