## Description We’re looking for experienced BDR’s to join our growing Sales team. You’ll get the chance to help shape our outreach strategies and prospecting processes focusing on larger enterprise accounts. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact - gaining deep expertise in Gearset’s enterprise solutions while influencing how we build pipelines and drive growth. ## What's the opportunity for a Business Development Representative at Gearset? You'll gain a deep understanding of Gearset's enterprise offering and the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll hone your outreach skills through omnichannel cadences and learn how to engage with high-value prospects. You'll work in a strategic capacity, focusing on high-value opportunities and building your understanding of the enterprise space. You'll have access to unique collateral and data points to help you craft compelling outreach strategies. You'll play a key role in building Enterprise pipeline and driving growth for Gearset. ## What you'll achieve You'll identify and engage with potential customers, qualifying them for our Enterprise Account Executive team. You'll develop rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points. You'll contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline by generating qualified opportunities. You'll gain a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and Gearset's solutions. You'll work closely with the Enterprise, Alliances and Account Based Marketing teams to achieve shared goals. ## About you You’re experienced using technology to build email cadences & prospect mapping.
