What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in outbound BDR/SDR or business development roles, Proven track record of building pipeline from cold prospecting, command of modern outbound prospecting strategies, ICP development, and account targeting, Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo. io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Lemlist, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach, Commercial mindset with a clear focus on pipeline quality and revenue impact
Nice to Have
Background in SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or digital services industries, Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement automation tools, Experience working alongside Account Executives and Marketing teams, Understanding of pipeline reporting, sales metrics, and conversion analysis

Develop outbound messaging that is personalized

Continuously test and improve outbound sequences
