The Opportunity We are currently hiring a Business Development Representative to power our sales growth in the North American and EMEA markets. This role supports our sales team for our Enterprise segment of our business. This role is eligible for commission. What You Will Do: Responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth for a specific territory of targeted brands Collate relevant and compelling insights to target different personas to ensure a high conversion of outreach efforts Actively prospect Tier 1 brands daily to develop a qualified new business pipeline, whilst maintaining existing communication streams and lead development Manage the initial part of the sales-cycle, efficiently coordinating discovery calls for Directors through creative outreach methods via email, LinkedIn, and calls Collaborate effectively with the relevant Business Development Directors to ensure a smooth transition Comprehensive understanding of the sales process with the ability to engage executives at different levels of the organization Ability to manage multiple ongoing campaigns, while providing the highest quality service to our potential clients Help promote networking events for Flywheel solutions and identify potential future clients Collaboration: Must work with multiple teams and groups within the organization, marketing, sales, customer growth, new business, etc. Improving thought leadership: having a pulse and opinion on industry news, utilizing LinkedIn to build brand awareness and generate meaningful conversation in the industry Who You Are: You have 1+ y
