Full Job Description
Be the first voice that introduces potential clients to FE Investments — and the driving force that turns a cold call into a real conversation and a booked meeting. This is a role for someone who enjoys the energy of outbound prospecting and wants to see the direct impact of their work on a growing pipeline. You'll own the early stages of the sales journey, generating leads and scheduling meetings that feed directly into our new business engine. Along the way, you'll sharpen your sales technique through regular training, collaborate closely with experienced Business Development Managers, and get out from behind the desk to support adviser events, regional roadshows, and client lunches — a genuine springboard for a career in financial sales within a regulated, supportive environment. _This is a hybrid role based at our London office with 2 days in the office._ **Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Representative (Outbound) will include:** * Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services. * Proactively generating leads and scheduling calls and meetings for the sales team. * Delivering tailored, compelling pitches and handling queries and objections with confidence to convert leads into qualified opportunities. * Meeting and exceeding the meeting-scheduling targets and KPIs set by the Director of New Business. * Keeping customer information accurate and up to date in the CRM. * Working closely with Business Development Managers and the wider sales team to align on target firms, messaging, and pipeline priorities, including supporting adviser events and roadshows. **You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Development Representative (Outbound):** * You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone. * You will bring strong negotiation skills and the resilience to stay motivated through setbac
