Must Have

at least one year of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience working in a fast-paced startup and can adapt to a rapidly expanding and changing environment, experience selling SaaS-based products, experience either selling to nonprofit organizations or have previously worked for a nonprofit organization

Nice to Have

familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce. com, Salesloft, Orum (or other dialing tool) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Orum and Sales Navigator to automate your sales efforts

research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts in the higher education

healthcare and nonprofit sectors

qualify leads and set up meetings for the New Business Sales Team

conduct outreach through various channels

utilize sales tools and technology to track and report on sales activities and progress

continuously improve the sales development process and contribute to the growth of the sales organization
