Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in our Hyde Park Tampa office; available for occasional travel for meetings and conferences ~3 to 4 times per year). Compensation: $60K Base + $10K Variable = $70K OTE Reports To: Business Development Manager The Everyday Hustle (Key Responsibilities) Build the Pipeline: Source new business opportunities through a mix of strategic outbound campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and tailored email sequences.
