We help law firms streamline the initial information-gathering process, saving time and providing an accurate account of what matters most. Over 30+ years, LEAP has expanded across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand supporting more than 70,000 lawyers and their staff in small and medium sized law firms. We owe our success to our curiosity and commitment to our guiding purpose, to ‘Help lawyers who help people’. **What you’ll do** You're here initially to increase the adoption of Settify within the customer base of LEAP Legal Software. You'll proactively reach out to a warm pipeline of Australian law firms to demonstrate the value of Settify as a free add-on to their current package. The goal is simple: quick wins to penetrate the Australian market fast. This is a high-activity, results-driven role for someone who thrives on hitting targets and moving fast. You'll work in a low-ego, small and nimble team reporting directly to the Head of Revenue. This is a fast-moving scale-up, and within the first year we want this person to grow into a full-cycle sales role that expands Settify outside of the LEAP ecosystem. **To make this happen you will** * Drive high-volume outbound engagement across a managed portfolio of law firms, with a focus on activating firms quickly and efficiently * Own your numbers. You will be accountable to a monthly activation target and expected to hit it consistently * Build rapport fast with practice managers, principals, and fee earners, moving conversations from introduction to onboarding in as few touchpoints as possible * Maintain a clean
