We’re on a mission to support small and midsized medical practices as they work to comply with critical, ongoing healthcare compliance requirements. To support this mission, Compliancy Group is looking for highly motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join the team. As a BDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, connect with, and qualify prospects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outreach and enjoys engaging with potential clients. Key Responsibilities: Prospect Outreach: Utilize email, phone, and social media channels to engage potential customers and build relationships. Lead Qualification: Research and qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring prospects align with our ideal customer profile. Pipeline Development: Proactively manage a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet or exceed activity and meeting goals. Scheduling Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos with Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and lead data in the CRM system. Market Insights: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and tailor messaging.
