**Business Development Representative** Location: Fully remote in either CST or EST Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Chronic Care Staffing is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our healthcare partnerships nationwide. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on developing new business, building lasting client relationships, and creating opportunities for growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting healthcare organizations with staffing solutions that support exceptional patient care. What you will do: * Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. * Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare organizations through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social selling. * Build relationships with healthcare executives, practice administrators, office managers, and other key decision-makers. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through contract execution and client onboarding. * Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and needs. * Present and position Chronic Care Staffing's services and solutions to prospective clients. * Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track activities within CRM systems. * Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and business development goals. * Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. * Attend conferences and generate new leads through the efforts put forth into conference planning and execution. **Requirements** Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare sales, or account management. * Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales goals. * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Ab
