Must Have

1–3 years of experience in outbound, inside, or sales development roles, Excellent phone presence, Excellent written communication, Ability to build rapport quickly, High comfort level with outbound prospecting, Achieving activity goals, Highly organized, Detail-oriented, Self-motivated with follow-up skills, A growth mindset, Desire to advance into customer-facing or sales roles

Nice to Have

Associate or bachelor’s degree, B2B experience, Franchise experience, Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics
