The Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) where you will support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Sales Development Organization by generating millions of dollars of new business pipelines each year. What You’ll Do Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities Nurture early-stage opportunities Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing BT customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory Partner with Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas Identify key decision makers within new accounts Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in BT Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities Enter prospect information into Salesforce. Enhance product knowledge through regularly attending training sessions. Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help optimize revenue.
