Basis has grown entirely through inbound — word of mouth, referrals, customers finding us. Now we're going outbound for the first time, and this is the person who figures out how it works. You'll partner directly with the Director of Business Development and our founding Account Executive team to find the right accounts, crack the messaging, and turn a blank page into a repeatable playbook. This is a builder role — for someone early in their career who wants to create something, not just execute someone else's system, with a clear path into a closing or leadership role as Basis scales. 📍 Location: NYC, Flatiron office.
