The Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) portfolio connects the office, trailer, and field, enabling customers to move through each phase of a building's lifecycle—from design and preconstruction to construction, turnover, and operations—with the best Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions. General contractors, subcontractors, and owners around the world rely on ACS to win more work, enhance collaboration, speed decision-making, reduce risk, and improve overall project outcomes. You will report to the Manager, Business Development - APAC and work in a hybrid, flexible environment. **Responsibilities** * Help ACS achieve its growth goals across the ASEAN region * Work with the sales team to identify top-priority accounts * Research and identify potential customers for ACS * Build a high volume of inbound and outbound prospecting calls to potential ACS clients * Conduct discovery sessions to learn about the businesses of each prospect you speak to * Educate potential ACS customers about the benefits of the ACS product suite Schedule qualified meetings with prospects for your Account Executive(s) * Learn the product suite and understand the competitive landscape * Use Salesforce and multiple prospecting tools to manage leads and opportunities Collaborate with teammates, marketing, and sales leadership on project **Minimum Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles * Experience in an outbound or cold-calling sales environment * Experience with technology, SaaS, and the construction space * Proven track record of exceeding quotas * Customer-focused and a team player * Looking to build a career in sales * Construction industry knowledge or experience in SaaS sale
