This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the sales leadership team. This role is crucial for driving growth by initiating high-quality conversations, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team. Location Fully remote | 9 AM – 5 PM CST Key Responsibilities - Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to U.S.-based executives (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders) - Lead concise, value-driven discovery conversations - Qualify prospects based on need, authority, timing, and strategic fit - Appointment Setting - Schedule meetings for the sales leadership team - Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team - Objection Handling & Sales Progression - Confidently handle objections and move conversations forward - Log detailed notes, insights, and next steps in the CRM - Maintain organized records of all interactions - Collaboration & Messaging - Work with leadership to refine talk tracks and objection handling - Align outreach efforts with marketing campaigns Qualifications - Experience - 2–4+ years in Sales Development or Business Development, focusing on the U.S. market - Experience selling complex services (consulting, marketing, creative, or agency services) - Skills - Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual Spanish/English is a plus) - Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (e.g., Sandler, Challenger, GAP Selling, MEDDICC) - Ability to run insight-led discovery and executive-level conversations - Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Resilient and coachable in a phone-first sales environment - Strong organizational and time management skill
