What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2-4 years in BDR / SDR / Enterprise Sales / GTM roles, Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or Enterprise Tech, Exposure to mid-market / enterprise deal cycles (₹20L+ ACV), ability to sell complex, abstract products (AI, platform, infra), Experience with account-based selling (ABS) / ABM motions, Excellent research and problem-first selling mindset, communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and Agentic systems, Familiarity with Cloud, inference infrastructure, and data platforms, Prior experience in high-value, deal-size driven pipeline generation roles (as opposed to volume-driven SDR models)
