Role Overview Business unit: Quadient — Parcel Lockers Division Location: Milan, Italy — Hybrid Reports to: Head of Acquisition Contract: Fixed-term 12 months (Tempo Determinato), renewable About the Role This is an entry-level commercial role at the front end of Quadient’s locker network expansion in Italy. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is simple: identify potential Host locations, make contact by phone, qualify their suitability, and book appointments for the Site Acquisition team. You won't be closing deals — that's the Acquisition team's job. Your job is to keep their pipeline full with high-quality, well-qualified prospects. Success in this role means a full appointment calendar for the team, a strong understanding of our target customer profile, and the ability to handle rejection with resilience and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone at the very start of their commercial career who wants to learn how B2B sales works from the ground up, in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
