Within the Business Development Representative (BDR) role, we support outbound sales teams by assisting them through strategic prospecting efforts and extensive account research. BDRs consistently make a tangible impact in the Sales Development Organization by generating millions of dollars of new business pipeline each year. In this role, you won't just open doors — you'll walk through them alongside the account team. BDRs at Salesforce LATAM are active partners in progressing opportunities through the sales cycle, not just creating initial pipeline. You'll develop consultative selling skills and strategic account planning capabilities that set the foundation for a long-term sales career.
