We are looking for a Business Development Program Liaisons for our team in Indiana. This is a field-based role with required fieldwork throughout the Indianapolis area OR the Bloomington market and neighboring counties. Department & Position Overview: The Business Development Program Liaison will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between our organization and the communities we serve. Building relationships with the state, health plans, and their case managers Connecting with community groups and patients to set up referral networks (for example, partnerships with assisted living facilities or community health centers) Raising FreedomCare’s brand awareness in Indiana and guiding our marketing efforts This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our services, building a robust referral network and strategic partnerships, and developing business in areas where we are establishing new locations as well as enhancing our presence in areas where we already have locations, all while helping the company achieve its strategic growth goals.   This role develops and manages external community relationships, oversees all local marketing, executes events, fact-finding to identify where FreedomCare could be a resource for consumers.  Utilizes various social media or med
