The role covers the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and first contact through negotiation and closing, with responsibility for building and maintaining a strong and healthy commercial pipeline. This is a self-employed role based in Prague, offering a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. ALSO KNOWN AS (ATS / SEO) Business Development Manager, Origination Manager, Commercial Manager, Land Acquisition Manager, Site Acquisition Manager, Real Estate Transactions Manager, Deal Originator, Sales Manager (Real Estate) WHAT YOU’LL DO You will own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
