Full Job Description
**Position Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Growth organization. This role is responsible for cultivating new client relationships and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives in high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) segments. The ideal candidate will have deep experience engaging, converting, and managing perspective clients as well as a solid understanding of executive compensation and benefits, financial, tax, estate and risk management planning, within the wealth management industry. **Primary Responsibilities** * Engage and convert high quality prospective clients (introduce through internal and external lead sources), including delivering the appropriate inbound and outbound effort * Managing on-going client relationships and expanding those relationships where appropriate * Collaborating with other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. * Effectively manage prospect pipeline with activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement * Track and report key business development metrics, including pipeline progress, conversion, and revenue growth. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CFP® a plus. * 5+ years of experience in business development, sales and relationship management experience within financial services or wealth management. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. * Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning, and regulatory environment. * Experience in workplace solutions and conversion process * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. * FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) * Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or similar credentials **Compensation Range:** $120,000-150,000 **Why Cerity Partners:** Our
