In this role, you will be responsible for growing our contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored supply chain solutions. **Responsibilities: ** * Develop and execute sales strategies to market Charger's warehouse and fulfillment services, driving new business and revenue growth. * Independently generate sales across contract logistics, value-added warehousing and distribution and supply chain/materials management. * Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, presentations, lead follow-up, and in-person meetings, while nurturing and growing key existing accounts. * Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, including proposals, forecasts, and account plans. * Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs that deliver measurable value. * Collaborate with internal logistics and pricing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and execution plans. * Identify and engage decision-makers at target organizations to support capital equipment and intralogistics purchasing decisions. * Drive Intralogistics/Warehouse Solutions strategy by developing new business with both new and existing customers. * Maintain post-sale account management with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and continued growth. * Perform other related duties as assigned. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or the fulfillment industry. * Proven track record in business devel
