You will lead the expansion of the **Veeam portfolio** , growing profitable market share through partners and key customers while acting as a trusted advisor internally and externally. What You'll Do: * Own and grow **Veeam business** across assigned customers and partners * Drive **profitable revenue growth** aligned with the Business Unit strategy * Position and sell **solutions and services** , including consumption and TaaS models * Enable and support sales teams to increase **share of wallet and win-rate** * Lead **complex deals, tenders, and strategic opportunities** * Build strong, trusted relationships with **vendors, partners, and internal teams** * Identify new opportunities, initiatives, and routes to market * Collaborate closely with **FSEs, sales, and vendor teams** * Act as the **go-to expert** for the assigned vendor portfolio * In smaller markets, take on additional responsibilities such as **category or program ownership** * Support coaching, development, or people management activities where applicable What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as a **BDM o
