7+ years of relevant experience, Succeeded in high-performance environments such as Investment Banking, Consultancy, or fast growth tech businesses, Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, Fully fluent in English, Scrappy and resourceful, Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a growth mindset, High standards and a bias toward action, Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment, Based in San Francisco, Ready to travel across the country

Define and drive the growth of the region through high-impact strategic partnerships

Identify new business opportunities across key markets

Build and nurture partner relationships

Lead the end-to-end execution of partnerships that expand the footprint of our core offering

Identify high-impact partnership opportunities in the US

Map partner ecosystems

Develop business cases and strategy for partner growth and expansion

Build and manage partner relationships

Engage new and existing structure design partnership models

Become a trusted lead for the partner through the lifecycle

Drive execution of partnership initiatives

Lead cross-functional alignment to launch and scale

Develop and maintain regional partnership strategy and playbook

Collaborate with GMs and Operations Leads to define a roadmap for partnerships in the region

Build replicable frameworks and documentation

Measure and optimize partnership performance

Build dashboards/reports

Use data and insights to refine partnership models

Improve time to market

Represent the company externally in the region

Engage senior partner-executives

Build networks in the VC/fintech/delivery ecosystem

Leverage external relationships to source and accelerate partnership opportunities

Ensure internal enablement

Support internal stakeholders by providing partner context

Surfacing regional insights

Facilitating collaboration

Ensuring internal readiness for partner commitments

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with the General Managers (GMs) and the country Operations Leads; Work seamlessly with multiple internal teams (Legal, Ops, Product, Marketing), external partners, country you influence without formal authority and align stakeholders behind shared goals; Collaborate with GMs and Operations Leads to define a roadmap for partnerships in the region; Ensure internal enablement; Support internal stakeholders (legal, marketing, product, ops) by providing partner context, surfacing regional insights, facilitating collaboration and ensuring internal readiness for partner commitments

Communication Scope

Communicate clearly and persuasively with senior external and internal you represent the company credibly and build relationships

Process & Methodology

Lead the end-to-end execution of partnerships, Track milestones, Monitor performance, Report progress, Iterate models, Pilot new models, Build replicable frameworks and documentation, Improve time to market
