You will be the tip of the spear for Soni's growth, identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and deepening relationships that drive long-term revenue. If you've been producing at a high level and feel like your current platform is holding you back, this is the conversation you should be having. ## What You'll Do Own Your Market: Develop and execute a targeted outbound strategy to identify, engage, and close new client relationships within your designated vertical and geography Build a Book of Business: Drive net new revenue through cold outreach, relationship-building, strategic account mapping, and consultative selling from first conversation to signed contract Grow Existing Accounts: Identify cross-selling opportunities within Soni's 1,500+ signed client base and deepen relationships to expand wallet share Operate as a Consultant: Position yourself as a trusted market advisor - bringing industry insights, compensation data, and workfor
