What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership roles, Demonstrated success in securing and expanding high-value partnerships, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions, Self-directed work style with the ability to operate in dynamic settings, Based in Taiwan and able to work on-site as business needs require, Professional fluency in Mandarin, working proficiency in English
Nice to Have
insurance or financial services experience is strongly preferred
