Full Job Description
This is an individual contributor role within the Scaled Success Team (SST), co-owning the Torso advertiser acceleration charter. The Torso segment comprises ~5,000+ growth-stage SMB brands (monthly ad spends of INR 10K–1L). You will drive ad revenue growth, via improving ad penetration, and accelerating brand outcomes at scale. The role demands strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, the ability to influence without authority across a complex cross-functional landscape, and a strong bias for action in a fast-evolving business environment. Key job responsibilities • Build and iterate on the Torso 3X acceleration framework — refine brand potential identification and the brand lens framework with a quarterly refresh cadence. • Deliver Ads Revenue targets with YoY acceleration for xx Rising Stars brands with potential to grow 10X, investing ahead of TACOS benchmarks. • Drive AIMERs coverage (2x/year) for Torso Acceleration Brands; lead in-person connects with top advertisers to secure top-funnel package commitments (DSP-SS, Telegram) from xx advertisers. • Define and drive contextual, season/event-aware Go-To-Market strategy for the Torso segment with monthly priority and spend themes. • Own Ads Automation Tool (Co-pilot) deployment and performance across Torso advertisers. • Influence Torso AM team to secure monthly spend commitments from advertisers attached on Ads automation tool to deliver revenue targets. • Define and scale Objective-Based Selling (OBS) approach for acceleration brands, leveraging Decypher for GL/PTD-level narrative & tracking mid + top-funnel investments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Category, Retail AM, Product GTM, AAPN, and Sales Excellence. • Influence product roadmap for automation and AI-driven tools (Drona, SellerGeni). • Build mechanisms for CXO-level engagement with SMB brand decision-makers.
