What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience of at least 5 years in shoring & scaffolding operations (contractor side) and/or business development (supplier side) within the APAC region, Degree or qualification in civil engineering or comparable discipline, In-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, including Ringlock, and relevant industry codes, Established network of potential scaffolding clients and key stakeholders in the APAC region, Excellent communication skills in English, Diplomatic and persuasive attitude with negotiation skills, Ability to build trust, rapport, and professional networks, Strategic thinker with commercial understanding and a track record of achieving business targets, Willingness to travel extensively across the region, networking capabilities

What You'll Do.

Defining and driving the Ringlock shoring & scaffolding strategy across several key markets in the region

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Supporting established sales teams with practical and technical expertise in shoring & scaffolding

Actively pursuing selected sales leads

Building and maintaining a regional network

Working closely with Doka headquarters

country organisations

and customers to ensure sustainable revenue growth

Refining and implementing the Doka EAP shoring and scaffolding construction strategy

country-specific benchmarking activities

Translating insights into clear recommendations to strengthen market positioning

Defining revenue targets and strategic objectives

Leading quotation processes for large-scale shoring & scaffolding projects

Coordinating pre-qualification documentation to support successful tenders

Identifying and understanding country and project-specific product and service requirements

Supporting local teams in fulfilling requirements

Developing and maintaining a pipeline of key shoring & scaffolding projects

Actively following up on and successfully closing identified sales leads

Participating in customer visits

Building and maintaining a robust network of relevant internal and external stakeholders

Sharing best practices with local teams

Promoting internal shoring & scaffolding expertise

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Close collaboration with Doka Headquarters and local country organisations; Partnership with country management and sales teams; Coordination with local teams for product and service requirements; Participation in customer visits together with local sales teams; Building and maintaining a robust network of relevant internal and external stakeholders; Sharing best practices with local teams; Providing one-to-one support and structured training sessions for sales and engineering teams

Communication Scope

Excellent communication skills in English; Diplomatic and persuasive attitude; Negotiation skills
