Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and execute the regional residential sales strategy across the Western US, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and channel priorities. Manage and support rep agencies by providing training, tools, and strategic direction to drive consistent sales execution and performance. Develop and grow relationships with builders, architects, designers, and showroom partners to increase specifications and drive product adoption. Convert new single-family builder opportunities into long-term specifications and sales through proactive market engagement. Strengthen showroom partnerships by increasing product displays, stock presence, and collaborative sales initiatives. Support residential product launches by coordinating training, showroom activations, and ensuring successful market introduction. Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback, to inform product and marketing strategies. Drive adoption of showroom programs, promotional initiatives, and CRM usage across the territory. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required. 8+ years of field sales experience in construction, building materials, showroom sales, or sales management. Proven experience working with home builders and/or the architecture and design (A&D) community preferred. Strong ability to develop and manage long-term customer and channel relationships. Demonstrated success in driving specification sales and influencing complex buying groups. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into action. Experience working with CRM systems preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% across the Western US region. Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and territory management skills.
