Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in any field, Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business field sales environment, Fluent in English, customer service skills and integrity with extraordinary ability to develop relationships with customer decision makers within chain accounts, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Sound commercial business understanding, incl. financial acumen, analytical ability, problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs, Good organization and planning skills with a high attention to detail, Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Customer relationship management software, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Experience in dealing with large national and multi-national accounts, Experience in developing and maintaining relations at a senior level within customer accounts, Fluent in other local dialects
What You'll Do.
Manage existing customer portfolio ensuring delivery of objectives in terms of growth and exceeding the budget target
Develop customer specific strategies and relationships with customers to get deep
high and wide into their organization
Manage portfolio of existing clients
leading customer negotiations and reviews
including contractual terms and conditions
pricing and product mix management
and contract renewals
Actively acquire new customers by identifying market opportunities
leading prospecting activities and closing new business deals
Drive innovation at customer sites with a view to adding value and improving gross margin
Comply with Global reporting requirements in a timely manner
Follow Corporate protocol and processes for prospecting
structuring deals and gaining approval to allow for final proposal
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work very closely with field teams to ensure commitment delivery as per agreed contractual KPI's; Develop peer networks across field sales, distribution and business support organizations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
