This role focuses on building strong manufacturer relationships, expanding vendor engagement, and owning the commercial strategy for an evolving and fast‑growing portfolio. ## **Responsibilities:** * Develop and grow the peripherals business across Europe. * Build and strengthen relationships with manufacturers and key vendor partners. * Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews, and strategic planning. * Own vendor engagement and portfolio expansion strategies. * Analyze market trends and distributor dynamics to identify growth opportunities. * Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of business performance. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal teams. * Represent the business in vendor meetings and strategic discussions ## **Knowledge Skills and Experience** * Several years of experience in the position or similar positions. * Strong understanding of manufacturers, distributors, and IT channel dynamics. * IT market knowledge. * Experience in business development, negotiation, and vendor management. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strong Excel and Office 365 proficiency. * Experience in European markets (highly valued). * High level of English is required, additional languages are a plus. * Commission‑driven, adaptable, and business‑oriented mindset. * Background in peripherals or PC categories is a strong “nice to have.” * Experience working in multicultural and fast‑changing
